Andrea Leigh brings a thoughtful, experience-informed perspective to conversations about identity, leadership, personal responsibility, and the human tendency to defend what we believe.

Drawing on decades of professional leadership, the perspective of lifetime experiences, and her ongoing study of Jungian psychology, Andrea invites audiences to question familiar assumptions, examine the roles they play, and consider the difference between reacting and responding.

Her speaking experience includes engagements across the United States and Canada. At the October 2024 High Impact Speaking Showcase in Ottawa, she received The Impact Speaker Award and the Most Ready for the World Stage Award.
